ANNA VALENTINOWICZ . An umpredictable woman.  

The fall of the Berlin Wall proved a key turning point in the history of Europe, and such part has Poland  in, too!  Set in Gdansk’s on the Baltic Sea we follow the exploits of Anna Walentinowicz, best work world’s  figure, leader of “Solidarnosc” and a prisoner of “Freedom”.  Wrestling with personal conflicts in her own life she was a key player in her political classes fight for freedom and self-determination.  This feature  will focus on the pan-European strands that manifest themselves in the inner turmoil of one women’s struggle to appease and respond to her faith, political beliefs and the stark Geo-political realities that characterised Poland’s gradual move to political and democratic sovereignty. Unique film, in which all the witnesses have  accepted to participate.  As a “Renaissance painting” , General Jaruzelski, Lech Walesa and Tadeusz Fitzbach, the great “sailor” , Member of  ex-Popular Socialist Party, , are insert as human figures   in a landscape of  yards or charming and severe Warsaw, supported by the music’s  impact from Kilar, Penderecki und Gorecki,  The great contribute of the archive of Tv Polska (PL)  and Gostele Radio Fund  (Ru),thanks to Globus XXI Prod (Ru)  spread a cruel and poetical a light on the war for the freedom. But  which kind of "freedom"?

Between real Socialism and catholic believe, a new  point of discussion in the E.E. 's countries.
